The Alpine House is a 22-room small hotel, plus five creek side cottages, located in the heart of Jackson Hole, two blocks from the famous Town Square.
Room amenities include gas-lit fireplaces, deep soaking tubs, private balconies, Egyptian linens and European down comforters. Our bath amenities, custom made by Alpine House Botanicals, are all-natural and hand-crafted.

The Alpine House Cottages are located one short block of The Alpine House Inn. Nestled on the banks of Flat Creek, the Cottages are self-contained 2-bedroom or studio units with full kitchens, living rooms and wonderful outdoor space. The Cottages boast all the same thoughtful furnishings and amenities as the Inn.

Your hosts, Hans and Nancy Johnstone, are both former Olympic athletes. Nancy is a six-year veteran of the U.S. Biathlon team and competed at the Olympics in Albertville, France, in 1992. Nancy served on the Board of Directors for the U. S. Olympic Committee for six years.
Hans was a member of the U. S. Ski Team for five years and skied for the 1988 Olympic team in Nordic combined events in Calgary. He's an accomplished mountaineer and rock climber, and pioneered many ski descent routes in the Tetons. He also guides climbers for Exum Mountain Guides in Grand Teton National Park.
