| The Alpine House is a 22-room small hotel, plus five creek side cottages, located in the heart of Jackson Hole, two blocks from the famous Town Square. Our Cafe offers breakfast each morning, using organic and locally produced food whenever possible. The Viking Bar is our small, intimate bar that serves beer, wine, espresso drinks and popular seasonal cocktails. Guests enjoy them on our lovely lawn in the summer, or in the library by the fireplace in winter.
Room amenities include gas-lit fireplaces, deep soaking tubs, private balconies, Egyptian linens and European down comforters. Our bath amenities, custom made by Alpine House Botanicals, are all-natural and hand-crafted. We provide a computer for guest use and complimentary wireless internet service in our lobby.
The Alpine House Cottages, opening in May 2009, are located one short block of The Alpine House Inn. Nestled on the banks of Flat Creek, the Cottages will offer something we have never been able to offer before; self-contained 2-bedroom or studio units with full kitchens, living rooms and wonderful outdoor space. The Cottages will boast all the same thoughtful furnishings and amenities as the Inn.
The Little Spa, which offers massage, facials and spa treatments is the perfect indulgence after a day in the mountains.
The Alpine House is committed to integrating green practices into our business wherever possible. Our environmental initiatives include offsetting 100 percent of our electricity usage by purchasing an equal amount of wind power, using all-natural cleaning products in our rooms, using refillable pump containers for our bath amenities, towel and sheet cards that promote water and energy conservation, a comprehensive recycling program, and providing complimentary bicycles for our guests to ride around town. We participate in the Environmental Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership and WasteWise Program, and are members of the Green Hotels Association and The International Ecotourism Society.
